TRAINING CENTER

As per private Security Agencies regulation act 2005 (PSARA). Licensed Security Service should maintain training to the Security Personal. The have our own Training center, with ground facility to train our men periodically. Also, we take regular Rollcalls and review on the units standing order procedures (SOP) at the client’s place, which makes our service a quality related. Our trainers are will experience and certified with Skill Security Sector development council (SSSDC) under National Skill Developed Council (NSDC) A Government of India-Ministry of home.

The Syllabus and Model  Rules are  Maintained  Accordingly . With all the  Necessary Norms, We  Would Like to Serve  to the  Utmost  Satisfaction  of  Our  Clients.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  1. Mass Parade drill, physical fitness, Team Building for security personal trained by our SKSDC Certified trainers.
  2. We train our guards how to maintain Main and Exit gates entries and also traffic clearance.
  3. No.1 LSF Security personals are trained in crowd management in public events they always kept physically and mentally fit by the way of scientific exercises.
  4. Examining identification papers including passports, smart cards and identify cards.

CLASS ROOM TRAINING

  1. Nature of Duties, Maintaining Inward and Outward Records, if necessary we also make entries in computer and MY GATE APP.
  2. Handling of Metal Detector, Walkie Talky, Mobile Phones, Traffic light, Day-Night time records, Punching Machine and Fire Alarms, track on fire extinguishers
  3. Our Security Personals are also trained in first aid, Fire Fighting etc by Trainers from the respective fields.
